Randy Simes is a Project Director and Client Manager with WSP – one of the world’s premier professional architectural/engineering consulting firms, and one of the largest Canadian companies operating in Korea. Randy has spent nearly seven years working professionally in Korea helping foreign-based companies plan, design, build, purchase and sell real estate in Korea. While based in Seoul, Mr. Simes has worked all throughout the country and offers a unique perspective about how to manage and develop real estate in Asia.
